Is "Imposter Syndrome" kicking in, with other leaders?
Some thoughts from me:
Recognise that it is happening and it's time to move forward
Diverse thinking and diverse opinion are necessary for good decision making
When you speak up, you are not only contributing to the decision making process but you may encourage others to get involved too
Even if the result isn't what you would like, give yourself some praise for getting involved and that by speaking up you have made some progress!
