3 Rs for Resilience - Reflect. Recognise. Reward.
Reflect - Take time out to reflect on how you are doing. Think about what you have done today, this week, this month
Recognise - What you have done well and don't dismiss just because it's your job, etc. Your job may be difficult, you may not have been feeling 100%, you may have had other "stuff" going on... so make sure you identify all your successes.
If it didn't go so well, recognise what can you learn to make you better equipped to deal with it next time?
Reward - Maybe a well done. Maybe more. If you are leading a team, make sure you celebrate their successes too.
