I am an International Coaching Federation - Professional Certified Coach
As a coach, I work with people on their personal development and whatever they want to change about themselves. I recognise that this work, for my clients, can be difficult, needs commitment and focus for them to realise the goals that they want to achieve. My role is to support, challenge, be an accountabilty partner and celebrate on the way as they work towards their aspirations and goals. It can be a very rewarding process for the client and the coach. I love it!
I also believe that a coach should role model personal development and focus on themselves as much as their most diligent client would. Since gaining my first professional coaching qualification in 2022, I achieved ICF ACC accreditation in 2023 and I am delighted to now be qualified as an ICF PCC - Professional Certified Coach.
I believe clients should know and be confident that their coach is equipped with the skills and experience to ensure that their investment in coaching will be carried out with a competent professional.
To gain PCC status a coach must have undertaken coach specific training of over 125 hours. I have enjoyed achieving over 200 hours of training in the last 4 years and, in addition, attended various retreats to develop personal awareness and skills. PCC status requires the coach to have coached over 500 hours of client coaching. I'm grateful to every client who has partnered with me in their sessions and taken me above that number of hours. ❤️
As a coach, every new client is a learning opportunity for me and them. Everyone is different and unique, which is why quality coaching helps individuals move forward. Coaching Sessions are focused around the client, their world and their goals and aspirations and what's the best way for them to achieve them. And because it's client centred, the results will come more readily and noticeably.
